Do you have enough time? Then why aren’t you sleeping well…

Tweet The only reason we don’t have enough time is because we have a belief that says, “I don’t have enough time.”  Because we are holding in mind “not having enough time,” we get to be right.  In an effort to try to gain more time, we may give up sleep in an attempt to finish everything on our to-do lists.  Managing stress, by giving up sleep isn’t the answer.  Realistically we all have commitments to family, job(s), education, our home, socializing, etc.  The list of commitments at times can be rather extensive.  Lack of time, and/or lack of sleep, …
